The New Web Site
We've put our association online to provide you with more convenience and a wealth of online services and opportunities to share ideas and information; get news and announcements; access an online resource center for important association documents and forms; join discussion forums; utilize the member directory; and much more. For more information click here
Unlike the old web site, the new web site requires residents to sign up and enter information to identify you as a bona fide user in order to create a user name and password to access the web site. Please use the sign-up section to create a user name and password. The information that you will need to provide will be your name, street address, city, state, etc. Please use the name and address as they appear on on your information on file with CFM Management. You will be able to choose your own sign-in name and password. If you are unable to match the information and access the web site for this new feature please click the Support link so that we can address your problem.
One of the most convenient features of the “Resident Services” menu is the “online forms”. Within this section you will find several easy to use forms and requests, which you can fill out and have sent directly to the on-site management office, or the appropriate person at CFM Management.
Another of the features of the Resident Services is that you can now view your account and pay your monthly condominium assessment online. To utilize this new option for paying your assessment, you need to go to the "Resident Services" menu and click on "check your account". A new window will appear and ask for your access code, you must enter your personalized access code that will be provided to in a letter mailed to you. (This letter will also contain the correct name and address to use with signing up for the first time.) If you want to utilize one of the new options and pay your monthly assessment by check online, click "payment" and follow the directions. It takes two business days to complete the transaction to reflect the credit on your account. Please take this into consideration to avoid a late charge. This new option does not eliminate direct deposit, mailing your check to the lock box, or leaving your assessment check at the front desk if you wish to continue utilizing these services to pay your assessment.
Another one of the sections primarily for homeowners is the “Resource Center:” Within the Resource Center you will find file folders which contain such things as the Governing Documents, Financial information, minutes of Board meetings, the Manager’s Report and past “Notes from the Manager’s Desk”. Please check it out.
