Your monthly condominium fee is based on the percent of unit ownership of your unit. The fee is due on the 1st of the month in accordance with Article V of the Bylaws; there is a $25.00 late fee for any payment not received by the Management Company by close of business on the 15th of the month.
You may pay by direct debit or check. If by check, the unit number should appear on the check to insure proper crediting. Checks should be made payable to Dupont East Condominium and mailed with the coupon each owner receives at the beginning of the year.
The front desk will convey all payments received to the Management Company, but payment at the front desk does not in itself constitute receipt by the Management Company.
There is a $60.00 fine for all returned checks or for accounts using direct debit which do not have sufficient funds.
Failure to pay condominium fees will result in a lien placed on the delinquent unit; the Association will pursue this lien up to and including foreclosure on the delinquent unit.
